Floor-standing totems
Tall portrait screens that stand on their own. Best at entrances and registration areas, running welcome signage and sponsor loops where everyone walks past.

Smaller portrait screens that sit on a table or counter. Made for registration desks, menus, auction tables, and table numbers.
Your content, loaded
Send me your slides, photos, or video and I build the playlist and test it on the screens before delivery day. Nothing to figure out at the venue.

Weekend Package
$750
All five screens, Friday to Sunday. The full setup for a full weekend of events.
Floor-Standing Totem
$175 /day
One standalone totem for a day. Entrances, welcome signs, sponsor loops.
Tabletop Display
$60 /day
One tabletop display for a day. Desks, menus, auction tables, table numbers.
Included in every booking
Delivery, setup, takedown, and your content preloaded and tested. You just tell me where the screens go.
Deposit
No deposit on staffed events, since I'm on site with the screens. Unattended drop-off rentals carry a $200 refundable deposit.
Holiday season
Now booking holiday season dates. November and December weekends go first, so lock yours in early.

Use the form below, DM me on Instagram, or send an email. If the date is open, it's yours.

Send your content
Slides, photos, or video, at least 48 hours before your event. I build the playlist and test it on the screens.

I handle the rest
I deliver, set up, and make sure everything is running. After the event, I take it all away.

Do I need to run the screens myself?
No. I deliver, set up, and load your content, and on staffed events I stay on top of the screens during the event. On drop-off rentals, your playlist runs on its own.
When is my content due?
At least 48 hours before your event. That gives me time to build the playlist and test it on the actual screens, so there are no surprises on the day.
How does the deposit work?
Staffed events have no deposit. Drop-off rentals have a $200 refundable deposit, returned within 7 days of pickup as long as the screens come back the way they went out.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 7 or more days before your event and you get a full refund. Cancel under 7 days out and 50% is kept. Inside 48 hours, the booking is non-refundable.
Where do you deliver?
Edmonton and the surrounding area. If your venue is a bit further out, ask anyway and we'll figure it out.
